Almost Half Way There!

So I'm not so great at updating this blog regularly. I'm hoping I'll do better once school is over for the semester.

I'm almost halfway there! Pregnancy is generally measured as 40 weeks long. Of course, the first 2 weeks are "gimme's" since they're actually before you get pregnant and the last 3 weeks you don't have to have in order for the baby to be considered "done". But if the whole thing is 40 weeks, 20 weeks is halfway through! I'll be 18 weeks on Tuesday! I honestly can't believe I'm this far along...that we've made it so far already! I've thought of myself so far as "so early still" and not all that far along. But now I'm almost halfway there! We should know what gender we're having in just another 3 to 4 weeks. We bought a pack of diapers today! That was an eye opener for me...to buy diapers! I just can't believe that in another 5 months, we should be holding our little baby. I had begun to believe it wouldn't happen and now it is!
